Our first small batch blend is here! The Symmetry Blend is a combination of Brazilian and Honduran coffee beans that we took to a medium roast. While our Brazilian is much lower in acidity than coffee from Colombia, it also has is soft and sweet mouthfeel. Combined with our Honduran beans, which have mild acidity and a more full-bodied mouth feel and sweetness. These two premium beans fuse together for a mildly acidic, medium roasted cup of coffee with a rich chocolate flavor and after taste of nut brittle. Try melting some of your favorite chocolate into your hot cup of coffee to sweeten things ups.
The Brazil Prima Qualita bean comes from a cooperatively grown natural process coffee from Minas Gerais, sweet, full-bodied natural process coffee from Cerrado, and a touch of pulp natural coffees to round it out. Grown predominantly by small farm holders in some of Brazil’s best growing regions and developed through careful research by expert regional cuppers.
Our Honduran Kingdom Growers coffee is grown on the picturesque slopes of the Montecillos Mountain Range by a cooperative of small, Honduran coffee growers dedicated to the production of high-quality, sustainable coffee as a whole community. Each year the Honduras Kingdom Growers cooperative works with approximately 200 small farm holders, providing them with access to an expanding eco-friendly knowledge base with a variety of training and farm management resources, including proper techniques for processing and milling. The farms generally range in size from 1 – 12 acres and are spread between elevations of 4,000 to 5,200 feet. The lots are handpicked and centrally processed to ensure ideal cup quality.
